We had a lovely time exploring the Trailside Museums & Zoo and walking across the Bear Mountain Bridge. The kids especially loved the carousel, making for a memorable and scenic day trip.

Most of the animals are aleihem hashalom. The bears are both dead, with an empty exhibit. The coyote also passed on to a better world, as did many of the others. Not sure exactly what's going on. Maybe they're all finally dying of old age? The kids enjoyed the hike, though. We also walked across the Hudson on the Bear Mountain Bridge, which was fun, and the kids went on the carousel, which they enjoyed. They don't let you use the restrooms at the hotel. Restrooms are near the carousel.
